Celina Moose Lodge Donates $10,000 for West Bank Shelter House
GRAND LAKE – Celina Moose Lodge recently donated $10,000 to be used for the construction of a new shelter house adjacent to the ADA fishing dock and a new playground on the west bank of Grand Lake – which the Moose previously donated $5,000 toward.
The project is a joint effort between the Lake Improvement Association and the Grand Lake Recreation Club, who also partnered on the ADA fishing dock.
“We’re incredibly grateful for the Celina Moose’s ongoing support for this project, which will be an exciting new addition to Grand Lake,” said LIA President Brian Morris. “The Moose is helping bring new amenities to the lake’s shoreline through projects like the shelter house and playground, and their generosity reflects their strong commitment to creating spaces the entire community can enjoy.”
The playground is in the installation phase, and the shelter house is projected to be installed in Fall 2025. For more information, contact the Lake Improvement Association or Grand Lake Recreation Club.
