46 year old Christopher Wayne Anderson of Celina was arrested this week by the Celina Police on a 4th degree misdemeanor charge of domestic violence. According to the complaint filed in Celina Municipal Court, Anderson is accused of threatening his step sister by stating he was going to "rip her throat out".
