41 year old Joshua Evers of Celina pleaded guilty to a 3rd degree misdemeanor charge of criminal mischief in Celina Municipal Court Wednesday morning. Evers was previously accused of a 1st degree misdemeanor charge of domestic violence stemming from an incident in January. As a result of the plea, Evers received a 45 day suspended jail sentence and a 150 dollar fine. The jail time will be suspended as long as there are no similar offenses over the course of one year and community control sanctions are followed and counseling completed.
