43 year old Jesse Williams was arrested this week on 1st degree misdemeanor charges of theft and telecommunications harrassment. According to the complaint filed in Celina Municipal Court, Williams allegedy took a garage door key off the key ring without the victim's permission. Williams is also accused of contacting the victim by calling and texting after being warned to have no further contact with the victim by law enforcement. Willams was booked and released from the Mercer County Jail on these charges. His next apperance in court is May 14th. To read the compaint filed against Williams:
