66 year old Timothy Sterrett of Rockford was arrested this week on a 1st degree misdemeanor charge of domestic violence. According to the complaint filed in Celina Municipal Court, Sterrett allegedly struck the victim where they had just had nerve block shots. Sterrett is also accused of stating he would kill the victim if he could get his gun. Sterrett was taken to the Mercer County Jail and later released. He is due back in court next month.
