LANCASTER MURDER INDICTMENT
IN SOUTHEAST OHIO, A MAN HAS BEEN INDICTED ON MULTIPLE CHARGES INVOLVING THE DEATH OF TWO FAMILY MEMBERS.
A LANCASTER MAN IS FACING MORE THAN A DOZEN FELONY CHARGES IN CONNECTION WITH THE DEATHS OF TWO FAMILY MEMBERS AND THE ASSAULT OF ANOTHER, ACCORDING TO OHIO ATTORNEY GENERAL DAVE YOST. THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE SAID 26-YEAR-OLD KYLE VARNEY WAS INDICTED ON 18 CHARGES, INCLUDING TWO COUNTS OF AGGRAVATED MURDER AND THREE COUNTS OF IMPROPERLY DISCHARGING A FIREARM IN A SCHOOL SAFETY ZONE AMONG OTHER CHARGES.
