44 year old Anthony Scott of Troy has been indicted by a Mercer County Grand Jury on 2 felony charges related to passing bad checks. According to the indictment, these alleged incidents occured in Mercer County in December of last year and amounted to nearly 66-hundred dollars each time. Scott faces 2 5th degree felones of theft and passing bad checks. Scott was arrested this week. He is being held in the Mercer County jail pending an apperance in court. To read the indictment:
