This week. the Mercer County Sheriff's Office arrested 52 year old Michella Lynn Clements of Wapakoneta on 4 3rd degree misdemeanor counts of prostitution. According to court record, the alleged crimes occured at various times between 2022 and 2024. Clements is free on bond pending an apperance in Celina Municipal Court.
