23 year old Dylan Ranly of Fort Recovery was arrested Friday on a felony charge of obstructing official business and a misdemeanor charge of failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer. According to court records, Ranly was allegedly driving an ATV at a high rate of speed when the police tried to pull him over at the intersection of Butler and Wayne Streets in Fort Recovery. Ranly did not stop and was eventually found at a residence on Siegrist-Jutte Road. Ranly was arrested and taken to the Mercer County Jail. To read the complaint:
