20 year old Timothy Novitzke of St Marys will serve 10 days in a jail for a first degree misdemeanor charge of Telecommunications Harassment. According to the complaint filed in Celina Municipal Court, back in February, Novitzke allegedly threatened the victim by phone call to put the a .45 between the victim's eyes and put the victim "12 feet under because he never wanted to see him again" Novitzke pleaded no contest and was sentenced to 60 days in jail with 50 days suspended.
