1. Swimming Pool Welding Completion

   Brent Richter reported that the welding on the swimming pool is complete, and work is progressing with hopes to open it in the next couple of months.

2. Ohio Opioid Funds Appropriation

   A third reading was conducted on an ordinance to appropriate the one Ohio opioid funds for a canine purchase.

3. Annexation of East Haven LLC and Crown Equipment Corp.

   A second reading was conducted on an ordinance to approve the annexation of East Haven LLC and Crown Equipment Corp. from German Township for 21.691 acres.

4. Management Agreement with YMCA

   A second reading was conducted on a resolution for the management agreement between the Village of New Bremen and the YMCA of Greater Dayton.

5. Employee Handbook Amendment

   A second reading was conducted on an ordinance to amend the employee handbook to update civil rights and non-discrimination policies.

6. Zoning Map Amendment for 506 East Monroe Street

   A first reading was conducted on an ordinance to amend the zoning map for 506 East Monroe Street.

7. Insurance Increases

   Discussion on insurance increases which came in high for the next year.

8. Electric Vehicle Charging Stations

   A first reading was conducted on an ordinance to establish an electric vehicle charging station in public areas and approve the fee schedule, with plans to install four stations behind the library in New Bremen.
