This past Friday, the Celina Police arrested 38 year old Alos Balos of Celina and 30 year old Teresa Mote of Wapakoneta on a 3rd degree misdemeanor charge of public indecency. According to the jail website, the incident involved a sex act. Both were taken to the Mercer County Jail pending an apperance in Celina. To view the complaint:
