52 year old Joyce Westfall of Urbana has been indicted by a Mercer County Grand Jury on multiple felony charges of forgery and theft. According to the indictment, Westfall faces 3 charges each of 5th degree forgery and theft stemming from a January incident where Westfall attempted to pass 3 checks totalling approximately 6-thousand-dollars that she knew were fraudulent.
