18 year old Iszabella Flowers of St Marys was arrested this week on a 4th degree misdemeanor charge of menacing after police she allegedly had another person inform the victim that she is going to "kill her and blow her house up" Flowers also allegedly sent a SnapChat to another stating person saying, "fear I'm killing her".Flowers is free on bond pending an apperance in Celina Municipal Court.
