61 year old Timothy Kiester of Berrien Springs, Michigan faces 15 felony charges involving child sexual assault material after he was indicted recently by a Van Wert County Grand Jury. Kiester is currently serving 90 days in jail for failing to maintain assured clear distance and causing a crash on US 127 that killed 30 year Zachary Wood of Convoy and 29 year old Logan Elder of Van Wert last October. The Van Wert Independent reports Van Wert County Prosecutor Eva Yarger confirmed the alleged material that led to the new charges was found on Kiester’s cell phone, which being checked by Ohio State Highway Patrol investigators to see if he was texting while driving.
