26 year old Carla Young of Celina was recently arrested by the Celina Police on a 1st degree misdemeanor charge of theft without consent. According to the complaint filed in court, Young allegedly stole $49.78 worth of merchandise from Walmart in Celina on Sunday. Young, who is being held in the Mercer County Jail on a $2,000 bond, has a previous conviction stemming from a theft at the Celina Walmart in 2023. To read the complaint:
