47 Year old Jeremy Hague of Fort Recovery was arrested Friday on a 5th degree felony charge of violating a protection order. According to the Fort Recovery Police, an officer observed Hague in the 100 block of East Broadway Street. This was in violation of a protection order prohibiting Hague from being within 500 feet of the victim. Hague admitted that he knew that he wasn’t supposed to be there and went on to say that he has been living with the protected person named in the protection order. Hague was arrested and taken to the Mercer County Jail where he is being held without bond pending his initial apperance in Mercer County Common Pleas Court. To read the complaint against Hague:
