18 year old Joseph Taylor of Coldwater faces a 4th degree felony charge of menacing by stalking. According to the complaint filed in Mercer County Common Pleas Court, Taylor allegedly harrassed 2 juvenile females. One in Wapakoneta and one who is a Coldwater student. Police reviewed over 100 pages of emails from a 2 week period. Taylor is also accused of sending nude photos to the victim and attempted to trip her in school. Taylor was arrested this week and is being held in the Mercer County Jail without bond pending an apperance in Mercer County Common Pleas Court.
