23 year old Clayton Drummond of Celina has been charged with a 2nd degree misdemeanor of obstructing official business. According to the complaint filed in Celina Municipal Court, Drummond allegedly impeded a crash investigation last month that deputies were investigating by saying that he was not involved. Three other witnesses at the scene indicated that Drummond was driving the vehicle involved in the motor vehicle accident. Drummond is currently free on bond.
