26 year old William Green of St Marys faces misdemeanor charges of domestic violence, unlawful restraint, menacing and criminal mischief in connecton with an incident that occured on March 3rd in Coldwater. According to the complaint filed in Celina Municipal Court, Green allegedly threatened the victim and prevented the victim from leaving the room they were in and making verbal threats. Green also allegedly damaged the victim's car. Green is free on bond pending his arraignment on March 14th. To read the complaint:
