This week, 43 year old Tyler Grieshop of Coldwater was sentenced to 3 years of community control sanctions on a 1st degree misdemeanor charge of domestic violence. Grieshop was originally charged with a 4th degree felony of strangulation as well but the charges were amended as part of an agreement with prosecutors in January. Grieshop received his sentence in Mercer County Common Pleas Court.
