31 year old Holly Tonkin of Celina faces a first degree misdemeanor charge of allowing an underage person to consume alcohol on her premises. According to the Celina Police, Tonkin allegedly knowingly provided her residence for 2 underage individuals to consume liquor early on Thursday March 6th. Also charged is 19 year old Tristan Thompson of Celina with a 3rd degree misdemeanor of underage possession and consumption of alcohol. Both were booked and released from the Mercer County Jail and will appear for their arraignment in Celina Muncipal Court on March 10th. To read the complaint filed by the police:
