2 people were arrested early Wednesday by the Celina Police on drug charges. According to online records, 48 year old Todd Eugene Hutchinson and 29 year old Kimberly Lynn Stant were arrested on a 5th degree felony charge of possession of drugs. Both are being held in the Mercer County Jail without bond pending a court apperance. The arrests stemmed from a traffic stop. For more on this story:
