57 year Shelia Barker of Celina was arrested Monday by the Celina Police on a 1st degree misdemeanor of domestic violence. According to the complaint filed in Celina Municipal Court, Barker allegedly kicked the victim in the back of their leg, causing a bruise. Barker is being held in the Mercer County Jail pending her arraignment on Wednesday March 5th at 1 pm. To view the complaint against Barker:
