51 year old Jonathan Fugatt of Lima has been indicted by a Mercer County Grand Jury on a 5th Degree Felony Charge of theft. According to the indictment, Fugatt allegedly deprived the owner of over 14-hundred-dollars in merchandise in late January by knowingly obtaining or exerting control over either the property or services by deception. Fugatt is being held without bond in the Mercer County Jail pending a court apperance.
