44 year old Jason Kuhn of Celina has been found guilty in Celina Muncipal Court of a theft from the Walmart in Celina on Havemann Road this past weekend. According to the complaint filed in Celina Municipal Court, Kuhn was accused of taking over 980 dollars worth of merchandise without paying for it on Sunday Night. Kuhn posted bond and was released on Sunday. Celina Municipal Court records state Kuhn was found guilty and sentenced to 45 days in jail with 30 days suspended and has been ordered to pay restitution.
