25 year old Devin Christopher Walsh of Rockford was arrested Monday by the Rockford police after a series of incidents. According to court documents, Walsh allegedly assaulted a victim and caused injuries to the victim's shoulder and hand. Walsh is also accused of taking a cell phone and fleeing on foot with the purpose of evading arrest. Walsh faces charges of resisting arrest, theft and domestic violence.
