39 year old Dustin Lawson of Celina faces felony charges following an incident late Sunday Night. According to court documents, A Mercer County Sheriff's Deputy attempted to stop Lawson who was paced ast 90 miles an hour in a posted 55 mile an hour speed zone. The deputy terminated the traffic stop but continued to follow Lawson. In Montezuma, Lawson stopped at an intersection and stepped out and walked towards the deputy in an aggressive manner. He got back in his vehicle and continued to drive 100 miles an hour on US 127 after a Coldwater Police Officer tried to stop him. Lawson was eventually arrested at his residence in Celina. Lawson is being held on $50,000 bond and is charged with a 4th degree felony of failure to stop for an officer.
