37 year old Douglas E Miller, Jr of Mendon has been arrested on a 4th degree felony charge of domestic violence. According to the complaint filed in Mercer County Common Pleas Court, the alleged incident occured on February 17th and involved a young child who wanted to go to her father's home. Miller refused and is accused of assaulting the child. Miller, who has a previous conviction for domestic violence in 2022, is being held in the Mercer County Jail on a $50,000 bond.
