25 year old Dustin Hoaglin of Sidney is being held in the Shelby County Jail without bond on a 3rd degree felony charge of gross sexual imposition. According to the complaint filed in Sidney Municipal Court, Hoaglin allegedly touched the front genital region of a 6 year old child in the bathoom of Bob Evans in Sidney on Saturday.
