43 year old Scott Daisy of Rockford was arrested by the Mercer County Sheriff's Office this past weekend on a 4th degree misdemeanor charge of criminal tresspass. According to the police, Scott Daisy allegedly went onto the property of 512W North Street Lot A and knocked on the front door. Scott Daisy also was standing in front of the residence for a period of time. Daisy was previously trespassed and warned from this property on February 2nd. Daisy posted bond was released from the Mercer County Jail. He will appear in court later this week. To read the complaint against Daisy:
