A Celina man was arrested on an assault charge this past Sunday. According to court records, 34 year old Allen Springer allegedly grabbed a man by the hair and pulled him backwards, strking his head on a car window. Springer was arrested by the Celina Police and taken to the Mercer County Jail and has since been released after posting bond. He is due back in court for his arraignment this week.
