35 year old Louis Diedrich of Celina was arrested on Wednesday on a 1st Degree Misdemeanor charge of Domestic Violence. According to the complaint filed in Celina Municipal Court, Diedrich allegedly struck the victim in the head with a closed fist. Diedrich is also accused of taking the victim to the ground and placing them in a chokehold, scraping the victim's knee in the process. Diedrich was taken to the Mercer County Jail and held without bond pending an appearance in Celina Municipal Court.
