28 year old Maria Valencia of Celina was arrested this week on a 1st degree misdemeanor charge of domestic harm. According to the complaint filed in Celina Municipal Court, Valencia allegedly scratched the victim in the face on Monday. Valencia was taken to the Mercer County Jail where she is being held without bond pending a court appearance.
