18 year old Matthew Roberts, Junior of Rockford was arrested this week on a 1st degree misdemeanor charge of theft without consent. According to the complaint filed in Celina Municipal Court, Roberts allegedly took Merchandise from the Celina Walmart without paying for it on Monday. Roberts posted bond and was released. He is due back in court on February 18th.
