According to online records, the case began in Auglaize County Municipal Court with Lowry facing charges of assault, resisting arrest, criminal mischief and harrassment by an inmate knowingly carrying the virus that causes, aids, Hepatitis Virus, or Infected With Tuberculosis and Causes or Attempts to Cause Other Person to Come in Contact With Bodily Substances.
