Grand Lake Home Health and Hospice were recently recognized for their exceptional dedication to patient care and service excellence. 

Grand Lake Home Health and Hospice received national recognition from WellSky, a leader in healthcare technology and services, with the Home Health CAHPS Award of Distinction. Based on their patient satisfaction survey results from our patients and their families regarding the care received and their patient experience, Grand Lake Home Health and Hospice has been named a National Best Practice Agency for 2024. This distinction recognizes agencies that are leaders in patient experience—one of the most critical components of quality healthcare. Being named a Best Practice Agency underscores the team’s exceptional commitment to patient-centered care.

They also received internal recognition from Grand Lake Health System's customer service program.  The Grand Experience honored the home health and hospice team with the prestigious CARAT Platinum Award. CARAT stands for Caring Acts Recognized As Teamwork, and this award is given to departments that achieve outstanding scores in patient satisfaction. Grand Lake Home Health and Hospice not only exceeded expectations but ranked in the top 25th percentile for the entire year, surpassing the 75% threshold required for the award.
