18 year old Owen Nixon of Celina was arrested this week by the Celina Police on a 3rd degree misdemeanor charge of sexual imposition. According to the complaint filed in Celina Municipal Court, earler this week, Nixon allegedly took the hand of the victim and placed it on his gentials. In the complaint, the officer states that the victim did not want to touch him. Nixon was taken to the Mercer County Jail pending an appearance in court. To read the complaint:
