52 year old Kristy Baucher of Celina faces felony charges of assault and harrassment with a bodily substance for her conduct towards Mercer County corrections officers when she was booked for DUI on Thursday January 23rd. According to the complaint filed in Mercer County Common Pleas Court, Baucher allegedly spit on two deputies and kicked them. The complaint states a restraint chair was used.
