35 year old Thomas Martel of Celina was arrested on a felony charge due to an incident this past weekend. According to court records, Martel allegedly came home drunk and assaulted the victim by grabbing her arm and choking her. Martel, who police say had a strong odor of alcohol on his breath, was taken into custody on a 4th degree felony charge of strangulation.
