33 year old Samantha Rader of Covington, Ohio has been arrested by the Celina Police on a 1st degree misdemeanor charge of theft. According to the complaint filed in Celina Municipal Court, on Saturday, Rader allegedly took over 760 dollars from the Celina Walmart on Havemann road without paying for it.
