According to online records, 2 people have been arrested by the Mercer County Sheriff's Office on drug related charges. 45 year old Jesse Ray Woods was arrested Monday by the Mercer County Sheriff's Office on a 5th Degree felony charge of possession of methamphetamine. 45 year old Misty Elaine Kittle was also taken into custody Monday morning. Kittle's charges are trafficking in drugs, which is a 3rd degree felony. Both suspects are being held in the Mercer County Jail without bond pending a court appearance.

Celina, OH – Mercer County Sheriff Doug Timmerman reports the arrest of an individual late yesterday evening on drug related charges. On Sunday, January 26th at 10:41 PM, a Mercer County Deputy stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation in the area of Clover Four Rd and Dicke Rd, in Franklin Township. The vehicle was being driven by Jesse Woods (45) of Troy, OH.
A Mercer County Sheriff’s Office K9 unit was requested to the scene to assist with the stop. The K9 conducted a free air sniff around the vehicle and alerted to the presence of narcotics. A search of the vehicle found just under 12 grams of suspected methamphetamines and drug paraphernalia. Woods was subsequently arrested and booked in to the Mercer County Adult Detention Facility for Possession of Drugs, a Felony of the Fifth Degree and is being held without bond.
The case will be turned over to the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office for review of additional charges.
