A Lima couple was arrested Monday on charges related to dumpster diving and theft at Dollar Tree and Harbor Freight in Celina. According to the complaint filed in Celina Muncipal Court, 34 year old Eric McPheron and 33 year old Lindsey McPheron of Lima were arrested by the Celina Police after Eric allegedly took merchandise from a dumpster at Dollar Tree on Havemann Road.Eric is also accused of entering and remaining on the property of Dollar Tree and Harbor Freight. Eric McPherson also alleged was in possession of a clear glass pipe with burnt residue commonly used for smoking methamphetamine. Also arrested was Lindsey McPheron for criminal tresspass and aiding and abetting her husband. The McPherons were taken to the Mercer County Jail to await a court appearance.
