According to online records, the Coldwater Police recently arrested 20 year old Caden James Thobe on a 3rd degree felony charge of strangulation creating a substancial risk of serious physical harm. Thobe also faces misdemeanor charges of domestic violence, disorderly conduct involving intoxication and an offense involving an underage person consuming alcohol. Thobe is being held without bond in the Mercer County Jail.
