The Celina Police report 31 year old Nathan Watkins of Celina was arrested recently on charges of domestic violence and strangulation. The police report being called to a residence on Hoying street from a female who reported she and Watkins were having relationship problems and got into an argument. The victim reported Watkins grabbed her by the throat and slammed her against the wall. Watkins was accused of grabbing her throat a second time and throwing her onto a couch. Watkins was arrested and taken to the Mercer County Jail pending a court appearance. To read the complaint against Watkins:
