On Sunday, The Mercer County Sheriff's Office arrested 60 year old Barry Miller on felony drug charges. According to online records, Miller faces 2 felony charges of obtaining, possessing or using drugs and a single felony charge of possession of methamphetamine. Miller was taken to the Mercer County Jail where he is being held without bond pending a court appearance.
