The Celina Police arrested 28 year old Joshua D Mast of West Milton early Saturday Morning on a 1st degree misdemanor charge of assault. According to the complaint filed in Celina Municipal Court, Mast allegedly grabbed the victim by the hair in the parking lot of Sidetracks bar and knowing caused or attempted to cause physical harm to another or another's unborn. Mast was taken to the Mercer County Jail and held without bond pending a court appearance.
