42 year old Jerrod Muhlenkamp of Celina was arrested on drug charges this week after a traffic accident on Myers road. According to the Celina Police, Muhlenkamp  hit another vehicle on Tuesday and was passed out in the drivers seat. A Celina Police officer found methamphetamine and a pipe in Muhlenkamp's possession. Muhlenkamp was transported by squad to Mercer Health in Coldwater,. He refused to provide any samples, blood or breath.
At the Police Department, the contents ofthe large plastic baggie were tested. It tested positive for methamphetamine and weighed 18 grams. The residue in the second baggie also tested positive for methamphetamine. The items collected are placed into evidence to be sent to the Ohio Attorney General’s B-C-I Office for further testing.
