According to court records, 48 year old Jason Spreeman of Elida has been charged with 2 felony counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and one felony charge of importuning. The alleged incidents happened in November of last year. Following the indictment by an Auglaize County Grand Jury, Spreeman was arrested on January 5th. He is being held in the Auglaize County Jail on $250,000 bond. A date for Spreeman to appear in Auglaize County Common Pleas Court has not yet been set.
