33 year old Brian Evers of Celina has been sentenced to 4 years in prison for more than 40 charges related to child pornography. Evers was sentenced Friday in Mercer County Common Pleas Court. Evers was sentenced to 4 year terms in prison on second degree felony charges of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor or imparied person. The prison sentences will run concurrently. Evers was first indicted on nearly 90 charges. The charges were amended as part of an agreement with prosecutors. The case began when local law enforcement received a tip by the Cuyahoga County office of Internet Crimes Against Children.
